We aim to stick to our publicised line up but recognise that circumstances may affect this. If we are unable to provide our advertised line up we will supply alternative DJ's to cover slots. We reserve the right to supply DJ's not advertised in programmes in order that the night’s entertainment will continue.
Any breakages found in your accommodation must be reported to Reception on arrival. All party leaders are responsible for their accommodation and its contents. Any breakages should be reported to Reception straight away. Staff will make checks and any damage will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the party leader in the accommodation concerned.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a member of a party can no longer attend the event we must receive written notice at least 21 days prior to the event to assess whether a refund (minus deposit) can be made. Following this period no refunds can be made. Flights and Hotel bookings are individuals responsibilities and not Soul Village.
Individuals are responsible for their group bookings. If your party increases/ reduces in size post booking you may eligible for surcharge costs from Air lines and Hotels.
Any personal information collected is for the use of the Soul Village Events only and will not be passed onto any third parties in order to comply with data protection requirements.
Soul Village Event shall be under no liability if they are unable to carry out any provision of the booking for any reason beyond their control, including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, legislation, war, terrorism, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock out, strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation of furtherance of a dispute or owing to any inability to produce materials required for the performance of the event.
Soul Village Event can not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal effects whilst on site. Please take out any external insurance cover which suits your needs.
We guarantee not to increase the advertised price of the event once you have received your Confirmation of booking from us.
